Ingredients:
Bottom Layer
– 1/2 cup Five Stars Fish Rice Flour
– 1/4 cup Five Stars Fish Tapioca Flour
– 1/2 cup palm sugar or brown sugar
– 3/4 cup warm water
– 1/2 teaspoon pandan extract (optional)
Top Layer
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 1/4 cup Five Stars Fish Rice Flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
– Make the bottom layer: Dissolve palm sugar in warm water. Add rice flour, tapioca flour, and pandan extract, whisking until smooth.
– Pour the mixture into small ceramic cups, filling halfway.
– Steam over medium heat for 8 minutes until set.
– Make the top layer: Whisk coconut milk, rice flour, and salt until smooth.
