
Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
– Crispy Flour 100g
– Chicken drum sticks or thighs 1kg
– Water 120ml
– Oil
For a thick batter,
– Use ratio of water 120 ml : flour 100 g. Recommended meat for this ratio is 1kg.
– Mix flour with water and stir. And dip meat into batter
– Deep fry in 160 C oil until meat is cooked)
– For a thin crispy batter follow the same method as above, but adjust ratio to water 150 ml : Flour 100 g.
