Tapioca Balls with Pork Filling

Ingredients:
– 1 cup small sago seeds
– 150g minced pork
– 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
– 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– ½ teaspoon white pepper
– Lettuce and cilantro for serving
Instructions: 
– Soak sago seeds in water for 3-4 hours until soft. Drain.
– In a pan, stir-fry shallots, minced pork, peanuts, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper until cooked. Let cool.
– Take a small handful of soaked sago and flatten it into a round shape. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center and wrap the sago around it, forming a ball.
– Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes until translucent.
– Serve with lettuce and cilantro.
